- Buying a domain. When you complete a purchase, the details needed to process and deliver it — such as your email address and purchase record — are handled through our payment provider and shared with us to complete the transfer.
- Contacting us. If you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address, which we use to respond.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Service secure, diagnose problems, and understand how the site is used.

Purchases are paid for through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card number. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's systems and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy .

- with service providers who help us operate the Service, including our payment provider (Stripe) and domain registrars or transfer services needed to deliver a domain you've purchased;
- where required by law, regulation, or legal process; or
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of NameKnow.com, our users, or others.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Offer and purchase records are retained so we can honor agreements, resolve disputes, and answer questions about past transactions.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including secure (HTTPS) connections across the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights & choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing us at the address below.
