The valuation shown for each domain is an algorithmic estimate produced by our appraisal model based on factors such as length, memorability, keywords, and comparable sales. It is an estimate only — not a guarantee of market value, resale value, or future appreciation — and it does not constitute professional or financial advice.

A listing reflects that a domain is offered for sale at the time you view it. Because domains can be sold or reserved at any moment, a listing does not guarantee that a domain remains available by the time you complete checkout.

When you select Buy Now, you'll be taken to secure checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, and the price shown is in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

By completing checkout you agree to pay the full purchase price. Once your payment is confirmed, you are purchasing the domain registration itself. The domain will be transferred to you subject to the rules of the relevant domain registry and registrar, which are outside our control.

Where a domain displays a monthly lease price, we may offer it for lease. Lease terms — including duration, renewal, and end-of-lease options — will be set out when you arrange the lease. Unless otherwise agreed, a lease grants you the right to use the domain for the agreed period; ownership of the domain registration remains with the current holder.

For many listings you may submit an offer. Submitting an offer is not a completed purchase: it is an invitation for us to negotiate. We may accept, decline, or counter your offer. No sale is formed until we confirm acceptance and your payment is received.

Offers are subject to the minimum offer amount shown on the offer form (currently $1,000) and must be accompanied by valid contact information so we can respond to you.

Payments for purchases are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or other taxes applicable to your purchase. Where required, we or our provider may collect tax at checkout.

After a purchase is confirmed we will begin the domain transfer, typically within 24 hours, and will contact you with the information needed to complete it. The time a transfer takes can vary — and depends on registrars and registry processing — but is usually completed within a few days. Until the transfer completes, the domain remains in the current holder's registrar account.

Because a domain transfer places the registration under your control, sales are final once the transfer has been completed or initiated at your direction. If, however, we are unable to complete a transfer for a reason within our control, we will refund the purchase price in full. Lease fees are refundable only as set out in the applicable lease terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• conduct phishing, fraud, spam, or other deceptive activity;
• interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• circumvent the offer, checkout, or valuation processes; or
• harass, abuse, or harm another person.

After a transfer, the domain's use is your responsibility. You are accountable for how you use the domain and for complying with the policies of the relevant registrar and registry.

The NameKnow.com name, logo, site design, and content are owned by or licensed to NameKnow.com and may not be copied or reused without permission. Trademarks and brand names referenced in listings belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe how a domain might be used.

Nothing on the Service — including valuations, descriptions, or category guidance — is investment, tax, or legal advice. Domain prices can go down as well as up. Make your own assessment before you buy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and make no warranty that listings are accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NameKnow.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the domain or lease at issue, or $100 if no amount was paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
